Are the items in stock?
All items listed online are ready to ship.
Pre-order or restock items will be clearly labeled on the product page.
Do you have a physical store? Can I walk in for try on or self pickup?
We do not operate a public storefront.
Our studio is located in Bandar Tasek Mutiara, Simpang Ampat, Penang.
Try-on and self-pickup are available by appointment only.

How much does shipping cost?
- West Malaysia: RM3
- East Malaysia: RM12
- Singapore: RM22
Free shipping for orders over RM300 in West Malaysia; only RM5 shipping for East Malaysia.
When will I get my order?
Orders shipping within 1-2 working days.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times vary depending on your location.
Can I return or exchange items?
We only accept returns or exchanges for defective items or incorrect shipments (please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order).
We do not accept returns/exchanges for size-related issues; feel free to consult us for size recommendations before ordering!
What payment methods do you accept?
We currently acceptFPX bank transferfor online checkout.
If you prefer to useTouch ’n Go, PayNow, or other e-wallets, please contact our customer service on WhatsApp for manual order processing.
